About us
New AI models launch every week. Most coverage tells you what they scored on a benchmark. We tell you what they can do for your actual work.
What we do
Every guide on this site starts with a real problem: a contract you don't have time to read, a spreadsheet that needs cleaning, a podcast that needs show notes. We try the AI tools that claim to solve it, write down what worked, and publish the steps and prompts so you can repeat it in minutes.
We also keep a tracker of new AI models, explained in plain English, so you know which releases are worth your attention.
What we don't do
- We don't recommend tools we haven't used.
- We don't let affiliate commissions decide rankings. Read our affiliate disclosure.
- We don't publish sponsored content without labelling it clearly.
Who writes it
AI What’s New is written by a small editorial team. Every guide shows who wrote it and when it was last checked, because AI tools change fast and a guide from six months ago can be wrong today.
